Indane Gas Dealer Not Responding to Customer Services

Sir, I am having a connection vide consumer No. 4337 with Anuksha Gas Agency, Nerul (W), Navi Mumbai since long and the IVRS booking is always keep busy. When we contact on phone 022-2771xxx/27722xxx is also always busy in a long trying phone received by representative and not furnished reply properly. Due to this we feel the inquiry required to be carried out with agency why he dealt such the way with the consumers. In last one week i am trying to book my LPG but very sorry to say not yet. Indian Gas authority must be checked out the dealing of agency holder who play a role like Dada. If such service is not attended properly i will change my service with HP Gas and the entire responsibility will be held for this change over with Indian Gas Authority and Manager of the Agency. Please look into the matter properly to avoid inconvenience to consumer cause by dealing only.

I wanted to sorted out the problem and counseled to Agency holder and their staff to maintained all service which is benefit of consumer. Agency holder must be punished.
