Dear Sir/Madam, We bought Mahendra Duro in Sivakasi Branch(Sub Branch of madurai) few months ago. When we bought bike, they advertised that Home Theater worth Rs 11000/- will be given as a compliment. But till now they didnt give the home theater. Whenever we asked them, they told like that they would call all the customers and they would give before diwali. We asked several times. They didnt give the proper response to us till now. Finally they closed the Sivakasi Branch. We are not having service center in sivakasi after bought mahendra two wheeler. Where we have to go for service in sivakasi. Complaint 1 – Delivery Delay Complaint 2 – Registration Delay Complaint 3 – Home Theater Delay (Not yet given) Complaint 4 – Branch Closed (No service center in Sivakasi) Kindly do the needful and take necessary actions in below branch.
