SnapDeal – Marking the Order Status as delivered

Hi, I Placed an order for One Touch Select Glucose Monitor on Snapdeal on 30th , April 2014 for my sister’s address. I was assured to expect the delivery of the product on 7th May, 2014. On 9th of May,2014 I checked Snapdeal’s website and I was shocked as they have mentioned that the product was delivered to my address. But I haven’t received the product yet. I sent them an email and also called them and filed a complaint. But there is no response yet. I got in touch with the courier guys. The told that they have the product and told me in a rude way that they will update even before delivering and told me to come in person to their office to collect the product if I need it. I was assured a door delivery at the time of placing the order. Both SnapDeal and their courier partners are not concerned about what they have promised to the customer. The First Flight Courier ID is D90400442912. I’m attaching the screenshot of the fraudulent order status updated in Snapdeal’s website.

I want the product to be delivered at my door step as assured and a proper apology of the rude and improper behaviour of the officials and I have wasted money in calling them several times. So I need it back if possible.
