I bought one water geyser from the above mentioned dealer in the month of September’2013 and i got it installed in October’2013. I started its operation in November’2013 but after 2 -3 days it started cutting off. I filed complaint in the company engineer came and repaired it but again it started cutting off. I told to the company to replace the product but company started making excuses and sent their engineer again to repair it but still there is no solution to my problem till yet

I want to get it exchanged with a new one or my money back so that i can buy a reliable product
