Bajaj Auto Pulsar 180 – manufacturing fault oil leakage problem

bucks bucksI bought my Pulsar 180in April 2011, after 6 months, oil leakage started, I had given my bike to showroom about 3-4 time every time they says that the issue is resolved but the problem persists as usual. Last time when i went to service centre they said its a manufacturing defect, we have to send your bike to Bajaj Plant, they will investigate and resolve it. After 10- days, I got my bike back, they Even charged me though they said earlier that it was a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired free of cost. I found that they have just put M-Seal to stop the leakage which is now started again. I have paid about Rs 80 thousand to own this bike, and this kind of problems and service is literally un-tolerable.. Please help me on this.. 🙁

I want that the defected parts should be changed free of cost as I have invested enough time and money on this
