UMI India Pvt Ltd – phone not delivered refund my money

had booked this mobile in the month of March 2013 and had made the full payments by May 2013. Still now they are only making commitments and changing it every month. I have asked for the refund many time but however they come with a new date. I had send a final mail for refund but however now after seraching through their facebook details, I came to know that they are not even refunded people who have asked for refund 5 months back. Please help us in getting our money back. The company has duped atleast 8000-9000 people as of now. Need refund as the phone has not been delivered. Also require a compensation for the delay as well as for the agony caused by them.
