Bajaj Electrical the irresponsible management

My Bajaj Electrical complaint number is 3559290 dated 19th nov. 2013. Nobody has called me since then I have purchased a Room heater and it doesn’t function well from the day we have purchased. I have a 11month old baby who shivers despite we having bought a room heater. It is a total case of IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT that a complaint can’t be attended to even after nearly 8 days. We have provided the address and contact details but still no one has contacted me.

It will be kind enough if you can help us. I had been given by call centre several mobile number of the area manager
Mr . Sanjay Singh then Mr. Amit and Mr. Upendra Singh ever since I got their respective no. Tried to get in touch with them and left msgs to call back but I think they don’t have courtesy to call back or attend to the complaint. It is high time some action to be taken to ensure that we customers get our rights.
