Hello, We have took one samsung t.v from khosla electronics few years back and on emi from bajaj finance we had an emi of 524.00 approx we paid 23 installment and dishonored 24th installment .Then we received call from your service centre to pay it through cash your representative came to our office and took cash and gave us receipt.After more then a year I received call from your service centre everytime regarding the outstanding I told each and every representative I have paid in cash.Now after so many year your company is requsting me for the receipt copy which I dont have because I never thought i will be in such a problem after so many years just for a emi of 524.00 approx.I am your policy holder also in bajaj allianz but never thought such issue will happen and now for emi of rs. 524.00 with interest of so many years your company has filed case against me.Its your company fault who never turned back to after more then a year after the last installment.
