I had made investment in Fixed Deposit of Unitech Ltd of Rs. 1 lac. For the period of 6 months. The FD is already Matured on 1st Jan 2014. As per the email communication with Unitech FD department, they are delaying the payments by giving future dates again and again. Initially they told me that Maturity Amount will be given in the in 1st week of Feb then later they postponed the date to 2nd week of March. And now from last 4 days they are not responding to any of my emails. As of now I am giving a written application in form 4A to the company law board. Pls suggest me way forward, and guide me for any other measures that should be taken
