I asked Naveen Travels for booking a ticket from Gurgaon(GGN)to Haldwani(HDW)for 15/03/2014 in Ranikhet Express(15013).They given assurance for the same on 13/03/2014 with their commission of Rs.500.I texted them all the passenger details as they told and in response they given the surity for booking of ticket.But on 14/03/2014 when I asked about the status of my ticket, they simply said sorry.This ticket was very important for me,but i relied on this agent so didn’t tried any other option.Moreover, this agent is also listed in Railway Ticketing Agents.

Booking of ticket in any way before 15/03/2014 or pay a suitable compensation for the harassment.
