Subject: Refund of the cancellation not received from Goibibo.com. I had booked Pune Delhi on Air India and Delhi Pune on Jet Airways from Goibibo.com site, out of which I cancelled Pune Delhi ticket with no cancellation charges since the airline changed the flight schedule. Ticket details are in the attachment Goibibo tkt.pdf. Goibibo booking ID is booking ID: AMD6Q9CWY. Status when checked on the Goibibo site shows “Refund under process”. And this status has not been updated since 1.5 month. This is confirmed from the email I received from travel@goibibo.com dated: On Thursday, 13 March 2014 10:37 AM.

Need to follow up everyday with the Goibibo team. No assured and guaranteed reply from the call center. Afer 1.5 months no assurance when i wil get the money back. There is enormous mental & economic damage done.
