Hi, I purchased a Lemon Dry Cake pack cost Rs. 120/- from Creme N Crisp, Kalkaji store on 31st Aug 2019 at 8:40 PM (approx.), the product spoiled and got Fungus on next day i.e. 1st Sep 2019 in afternoon. On 2nd Sept 2019 morning around 10:30 am I visited the store complained about the product but available manger “Mr. Manish” refused to accept the product and behaved very abruptly, considering the fact that seals were intact and he was explaining me about the mentioned dates on the product i.e. packed on 27th Aug 2019 and best before 2nd Sept 2019, he also misbehaved and showed worst customer service, aggressive behavior with customer, due to his behavior I stepped out of the store without taking that product then I realized and within a minute I step in the store to take that spoiled product back in order to get it checked by governing body for food quality but they refused to give it back and said that they have already thrown it and then behave so inappropriately. The quality of product was highly degraded which can lead to food poisoning after human consumption.

For a brand like Kalvea their representatives like Mr. Manish it’s very shameful act that they don’t have any concern about their customer and their health, they just bother about the money and playing with human’s health by selling such a degraded quality of food and if customer complains about, they behave so badly and harassing the customer, they are stealing customer’s money. I am expecting appropriate action against them because these people do not have any respect towards law and order have guts to say “Aisa hi hota”. I purchased this product for my 5-year-old kid and that’s the reason I am very worried that it should not happen with anyone else. Regards, Sachin Singh
