Hi, This is Vandana Kochar. I am mailing regarding a recurring problem with my Window AC. It is not cooling and ice is forming on its tubes after few minutes of use, and it is also coming out through the air vent into the room. In May, I had first complained regarding the same issue (Req. 19050900936), when an engineer first did wet service, then after persistent problem someone came to fill gas in July. We were charged for both, however, the ac has still not been fixed. It is still not cooling and the formation of ice that I had complained about continues now, and has, in fact, become worse. Could you please get someone to fix it at the earliest? We did not except such bad service from Hitachi.
