Balance wrongly deducted

On 8 may 2009 rs 75/- from my balance was deducted. When i called the customer care executive they told me that i have downloaded some game to which i said that i have not downloaded anything. They told me that my complaint is forwarded and the matter will be solved. Its been one month and till now i have not got any refund of my balance which was wrongly deducted. I called again and again and requested for the refund but i got rude replies forcing me to accept that i have downloaded certain content which i have not. Please look into the matter and refund my balance immediately. I would like to inform you that i was using handset which is not gprs enabled when problem occured. So there is no option of downloading anything. Please solve my matter. Thank you.
