Bandhan Sewing Machine – Consumer Review

Hi, Actually this is regarding my ‘Bandhan Sewing Machine‘. I bought this sewing machine in 28th Feb 2017 from Usha International. And its in warranty. But i found some major stucking problem in that machine, so i have the raised the request for service. But these customer care guys and and the service providers guys said that its a Bandhan sewing machine and we can not able to provide the service at home for that and we have to bring this machine to their service office. And i have raised the request at least 4-5 times and also made lot of calls for that, and request them that we are not aware regarding this condition and nobody informed us at the time of purchase. And i also said that if you guys want then we are also paying the service cost for that. But they completely denied that. I mean what’s that happening, we are your customer and if you are making any policy or something like that, so you should inform your customers at the time of purchase, otherwise how would we know about that. Its totally unfair. So this is requested that please take some strict action against that, and do the needful as soon as possible. My latest complaint no is – C17090603240.
