KTM Bikes – No Response from Customer Care

I had purchased a RC 200 from the dealership ARCHANA Motors Puzhakkal, Thrissur, Kerala.
Unfortunately my bike met an accident approx nine month back and I had given the bike for service with the same dealership ARCHANA Motors. They had changed the FRONT LEFT SUSPENSION and FRONT ALLOY WHEEL during their service and some related parts.
After the service I was not comfortable with the bike, since I was not able to balance the bike properly. Again I went to give the bike for servicing to rectify this issue. During that the dealership mentioned that your CONE-SET is defective so you need to change that. So I had also changed the CONE-SET.
Later also same issue persisted, then after complaining to the dealership, they asked to check the ALLOY WHEEL, Tyre etc. But everything found perfect, but issue not yet resolved. Later they asked to try changing the oil in the suspension.
But I was already fed up with that dealership. I went to another dealership for changing the fork oil. While changing the oil their service person noticed the root cause for the issue.
The FRONT LEFT SUSPENSION which was replaced during the service was of Duke 200 whose length was smaller than RC 200. This was the reason behind the imbalance of the vehicle.
This is a critical mistake done by ARCHANA motors, which may have lead to even a major accident of vehicle or any fatality.
Now the ARCHANA Motors Puzhakkal dealership was changed to Popular Motors, they are not willing to clear my issue at free of cost, even if it was their mistake, say not the new dealership but both stands for KTM dealership.
As per my continuous request over this new dealer POPULAR Motors had agreed to change the Suspension by claiming the Insurance, am ready for that, but it’s been getting delayed for more than one months. I had been continuously sending my grievances to KTM Customer service & New Dealership Popular KTM, but till now I was not getting any clarity on this issue.
Hope you can help me in this situation to get the Parts replaced at free of cost & also reimburse the money for the parts which have been replaced unnecessarily.
also the time being right side suspension hav chance 2 wrk improper because of left side suspension was nt proper one.
so am begging you to change both at same time for my smooth and confident ride.
these seven months am very much scared about my bike in my journeys.
now am not using my bike more because i sure bandle will broke.

It’s really disappointed because now am depends my friends for my daily travel schedule otherwise depends bus.Sometimes I feel I wasted my hard earn money on this type of service.
After spending TWO LAKH RUPEES to buy bike and not getting satisfication from KTM company when am in issue cause by your dealer
i spend more than 6000 rupees to rectify on my bike within 1 year of purchase, now I am literally begging the KTM Dealerships for helping me, to rectify their own mistakes.
please do a fast action
if you have only a way by insurance claiming please do it fast am begging you please…………
I had lost all hope on KTM, since a solution from their side is a HOPE TOO FAR.
