had taken a car loan from ICICI Bank Pune, in the year 2005 for a term of 5 years.My loan A/C no LAPUN00004904845 I had issued post dated cheques of Bank Of Maharashtra ,Chaturshringi branch cheques to ICICI,bank of EMI amount 3791/- each. All the cheques were cleared in time except one cheque no. 230890 of march 2009 month. This cheque also could have got cleared ,if Bank of Maharashtra ,chaturshringi branch would not have done any processing problems. My account no. in Bank of Maharashtra is 20099947480 right now. I can show proofs that on the date when this cheque was to be passed , my account also had enough balance for the cheque to get passed. But unfortunately for me, the person in Bank of Maharashtra ,overlooked , or due to some mistake from the person dealing , the cheque was returned for the ‘short of balance ‘ reason. So in this case without my mistake I have to bear the consequences. Now I have approached ICICI bank, Ghole patil Road ,and paid the overdue EMI cheque on 17/06/2010 as I recd. the message from the ICICI bank late, as in the mean time I had changed my address, so the letters sent by ICICI bank did not reach me as the changed address was not intimated to the bank. Now ICICI bank has charged some 2000/- on this overdue EMI cheque, and I refused to pay ,as it is not my mistake. Now they are not giving me NOC certificate and my RC book as ICICI bank is refusing to return me my documents unless I pay these extra incurred charges and unnecessarily calling me and harassing me to pay these charges. Now when I have cleared all my rest of the EMI’s and the Loan without any problem, Why should I pay any charges incurred by ICICI bank for a mistake which is not mine but Bank Of Maharashtra’s mistake(chaturshrigi). So the charges should be charged to BOM. But since the Customer is the only person who is made to suffer, and not any Bank or Institution , I being the customer of both the Banks, I made to suffer. So I have filed this complaint. I want all these extra charges waived by ICICI bank and should give my RC book and NOC without any problem.

I want the extra charges incurred by ICICI bank to be waived as it is not my mistake. I also want my Car documents to be returned to me and I should also get the NOC without any problem.
