Sir,I bought new Bata Comfit 41no from Bata showroom,thane. The size of right leg shoe is thicker and looser than the left leg. Because of these issue i could not walk properly and was used only 2 days. I asked to the showroom Person for replacement etc. There is no system of replacing after start use.I am worried and I in lose of 2499/-

I bought a shoe from DUNLOP (W.B) STORE No. 00035 on 08/09/2016 Shoe size 7 and code on box was 8246228. After wearing for 3 times the sole of the shoe broke totally from the middle. This happened for my previous pair of shoes also but due to utmost faith on BATA , I bought again new pair of shoes from BATA. You are requested to immediately address this serious issue.
