Worst internet services provided by Spidigo

Hi Team, My name is Jitendra and I am another frustrated customer of Spidigo with user id “jitendrashukla” Bakeri city, Vejalpur area of Ahmedabad. I opted for their 3 months plan and due to such a bad connectivity and poor service I decided to discontinue the plan after my term ended, But somehow the retention manager of this area named ‘Niral Shah’ convinced me to provide me an exceptional services going forward. He promised me that this time I will not have any problem and forced me to renew my plan. Trusting him I renewed my plan and this time I opted for the 9 months plan. But the misery continued. The have opted for the 4 MB plan but I rarely get this speed. I get such a poor speed that I am not able to do my office work. Specially during day time and on Sunday their internet speed goes down and it hardly works. When I file a complain the assigned engineer of my area named Mr. Mirza never visits my place and the case gets closed without fixing my issue. When I contacted the retention manager Niral Shah he literally misbehaved with me on the call and said he won’t listen to my problem and disconnected the call. As they are not able to provide good connectivity and services I want to opt out from their plan and want my money back. I am extremely dissatisfied with their services as they are the worst internet service provider. They should shame on themselves for making fake promises. Thanks, Jitendra Shukla
