Jio Prime Membership Activation – Customer Service

Dear Team,

I had purchased a new Jio simcard today i.e. 16 April 2017 from one of your authorized service distributor. My new Jio number which I purchased is: 8850905499

The agent asked me to pay Rs 480 for the new sim with 3 months validity, I paid the same. When inquired about the break up of the 480, he said that Rs 410 is for recharge and Rs 80 is for new sim.

When I insisted that Sim card is free he got all agitated with me and started getting angry on me. He said that it the normal amount which is charged everywhere. I forced him to give my money back but he did not give me. He was not ready to give me bill also.
