Bata sold me a Hush Puppies shoe in SALE discount and I wore it few times before realizing it had a manufacturing defect. After many emails and phone calls they finally agreed to take it back and store manager told me the shoe was not repairable and this was the store I bought the shoe from and this was the store that had already repaired the shoe before but it broke promptly. It has been 10 days since I have them their shoe back an now Bata has conveniently and unscrupulously blocked my email address so I cannot contact them again. Bata store still has my defective shoe!
