This is the most pathetic & poor quality product I have ever used, I feel like cheated after buying the Lyf Water handset, plenty of issues I am facing since the time I purchased this handset prominent among them are mentioned below: 1. Very poor battery backup not even last for 3 hours if you use nominal internet. 2. Hanging problem – automatically shuts down while making calls. 3. Over heating while in call or internet usage 4. You can’t use speaker phone/Earphone while between call. It would be a pleasure if you can take back your product I’am ready to give you back in half of the price.
