I have purchased HUSH PUPPIES (Size: 8) from Whitefield, Bangalore stores in the month of April’14.I noticed very strange issue when I was polishing my shoes today, I found that both are different models. After 4 months, i noticed this. Since beginning i have a discomfort. But as i paid 3600 towards this i used to it. but After knowing this I am surprised and annoyed with the way the product was sold to me. I have raised a complaint with BATA customer care.i have attached the complaint no.not sure what solution BATA provides to me or, i strongly believe they will ignore.(That is how they work)
