This is Venkat from Villupuram, Tamilnadu. I bought a new pair of slipper worth of Rs.500/- in BATA showroom at villupuram. Within two days right leg strap tared. i went and ask to salesmen he didnt response the rightway. He told you can raise the complaint and also he didn’t give the bill for that product. I Kindly Requset you to take the action against that issue ASAP.

I am customer of your shoes and chappals since last 10 years i hve noticed that since last 2 3 years my shoes and chappals rubber soles at bottom gets cracked very soon i felt it is due to use of inferior quality of rubber or manufacturing defect recently it is happened again in shoes and chappals and that in smallpieces.
