My bhoomi online app id MOHANMONI i did a recharge on 25/09/2020 amount 500 rupees amount is debited from my account but wallet is showing zero balance. please solve my issue ASAP by giving credit into my account.

I have loaded my account with Rs 500 on date 24/09/2020 04:43 pm the amount is debited from my account but the wallet is not loaded, i have lost my 500 Rs of recharge: website i used is https://rtc.karnataka.gov.in/ any of their helpline numbers are working how irresponsible of this being a govt website

My bhoomi online application Id cyber2019. I did a recharge on 02/09/2020 amount Rs 500, then again recharge 03/09/2020 Rs 500 and again recharged amount Rs 500 on 22/09/2020, Total amount of 1500 recharged through bank account to Bhoomi wallet, amount is debited from my account but wallet is showing zero balance. please solve my issue ASAP.
