I have purchased brown shoes bearing Sl. No. 824-4229 on 8th October 2015, by paying Rs. 1,999/- used the shoes on 9th October 2015, I did not use on 10-10-2015 and 11-10-2015 due to week end. On 12-10-2015, I find that the inner top leather has come out, I returned the shoes to Basavanagudi Bata Stores which is duly acknowledged as pasting. On 17-10-2015, I find that the brown shoes has been stitched in black leather and the shoes is also out of shape, the stores sales staff does not have courtesy to hear only says that if you use it will be ok. I am very upset at the type of service rendered and request to interfere and organise for a new shoes to be replaced immediately.
