Dear Sir, I wonder, that a company of such repute behaves in such manner. I Bought a sandal for my son vide cash memo # 30-12-15/1/0062 worth Rs 800 from the shop Bata Shoe Store, No-20/21, Katpadi Road, Vellore, 632004. We were looking for the size no 7, with a pair of no 6. After searching a lot we could get the pair of no 7. Our fault was that we didn’t check the shoe properly. At the time of wearing we saw one of the strap was torn while a rough patch on the other pair. We went to return the same next day, but to our surprise, the salesman and manager alleged us that we have done it delibrately and misbehaved with us infront of other customer. Other customers also protested and said them to behave nicely with the customers. Can we think that you are compromising on quality or a negligence of your franchise. Certainly you have lost a customer in me. I thought of complaining because a company of such repute should not get bad name and other customers should not suffer in future. Gaurav Deo
