Faulty Lenovo Mobile Sold By Flipkart

I have purchased Lenovo A6000 mobile in the M/O Apr-15 through online flipkart shopping in the name of my wife Mrs. Kavita Kaushal. It starts trouble within one month and I had approached the service center of your company M/S Shree Services, 353, Basement, Mugal Canal, Karnal. The service centre had received the handset with battery and issue a Service call note receipt No. LN11070 and assured that the mobile will be sent to company and will be received back after a month. Now, after passing of one month I went to the service center and came to know that due to some dispute between your company and service provider center he had locked out his center. On contact the owner of service center Mr. Sanjay Bathla refused to give any suitable answer and asked to file complaint in any court. When I had contacted with company at its toll free numbers. The representative of your company replied that the Karnal service center has not sent any mobile of your IME number 866043029122598 to the company for repair. I had talked with Mr. Anurag, the Haryana head of your company. Who assured that the solution will be found within 2 or 3 days. But, till date neither I have received any call from the company nor my handset. You are requested to look into the matter and send back my handset after repair. Hope for a favourable and early response.
