Dear Sir I have purchased a shoes comfit model from BATA show room in Udupi on 26th November 2014. With in 15 days sole have been removed and I was out of station, on 30th November I have visited the show room and produced the damage shoes to BATA people in Udupi, They have inspected the damage shoes, but they are demanding the bill which I have not keepet with me. Bata SalesMan Too Rude
My todays shopping experience at bata store sector 8 panchkula proved horrifying as my 10 year old son who took a red and white balloon placed in the shop , the salesman there misbehaved and snatched the balloon from my son’s hand and put it in the store behind. on my request to help customers to shop peacefully his answer was that they don’t need customers. my son started yelling badly but the salesman and the manager refused to give him a balloon i asked they could charge if they want. but such was the misconduct of the staff that i had to leave my shopping and come out as my son developed respiratory distress. Such great is the ambiance of bata stores. This was height of arrogance i have come acrosss , although i have shopped worldwide
