SnapDeal Neither Item Delivered nor Refund

I placed an order SnapDeal for Logitech Wireless Mouse on 26 November 2014. Till date, neither the item has been delivered nor they are cancelling my order. Even after several reminders over phone and email, there is no satisfactory response. Every time I am being told that the request is being escalated.

My money is stocked with them.I am facing terrible problem due to repeated calling the customer care, wasting money over phone calls and emails, for no gain. They are not even refunding the money.

I want my money back, my be deposited into my bank account.
