Hi, I am Keshav mahawar, From Hyderabad India. I am a frequent user of your product Soflens 59 from past years. Recently I purchased a set of monthly disposable contact lens LOT No. – W22069427, Exp date – 2017 -10. I found 3 lens torn when i opened to use it. This is seriously a big issue and should be dealt with. I am a regular user of your brand and request you to assist my complaint with the best possible solution. Else I have no option left switching to another brand.
