Beam Telecom Broadband – Billing Issues

I have requested beam telecom to degrade my plan on 30 th april but after 7 days they degraded my plan after i called so many times..but they charged me high amount as a bill which i was not supposed to pay..i requested them to correct my bill but they didn’t responded saying false reasons. They suspended my account without my mistake and still they are responding.

I suffered loss of internet for last 1 week. Daily loss of 1000 for me. Mental torture and call charges to beam telecom of 200..valuable time lost information lost opportunities lost.

I want my loss amount compensation for mental torture they caused..written excuses from their team.
