I have purchased an Adine Analog Wrist Watch for Men – Black from Naptol(order no:9149733) on 11-05-2014 through my debit card for Rs.648.00 including of all charges. they send me an SMS that everything is clear and the item will be delivered to me on 14-05-2014. on 15-05-2014 i made a call to 09223537000(executive of naptol)and registered a complaint.complaint no:6186668. on 20-05-2014 again i made call and made complaint, no:6213268. today is 24-05-2014 and the parcel is not delivered to me yet. they are telling they have given to first flight courier service and courier people saying they didn’t received the parcel even in delhi hub. parcel no: D90400182738

I belongs to kollam district in kerala. As they don’t have a delivery point in kollam, i have given an address in trivandrum.They promised me 14-05-2014 and 18-05-2014. these two days i travelled from kollam to trivandrum by my maruthy alto car.these two days i filled petrol for Rs.750 each day.total of Rs.1500. loosed my two productive days. Rs.2000. all together Rs.3500.00
