Beam Telecom – No internet access – Review

I have struggling with Beam telecom since more than one year.. i had to complaint them at least once in a week that “I have no internet access”, since last one month I am calling them at least alternate days, their senior managers talk to me take responsibility of issue but again today i have issue with internet access. I have taken connection for 6 six months initially. I was ready to go for other internet service provider and asked these people refund my money, they took 10 days to call me back on refunding money and requested me again to retain connection, I accepted their request that time. Now I have changed my connection payment to monthly. so that I can change to other internet provider any time by cancelling this connection.

Make them provide good and un interrupted service. I am ready to leave this vendor connection, but i don’t want other customers to suffer in the same way
