I had ordered a Sony Xperia Z C6602 Order No. 13071038 on May 15, 2014 and the payment was made via Credit Card (amount 27,299)and this product was scheduled to be shipped on May 17, 2014, but neither the product was dispatched nor did I get an information regarding my product. I had called the customer service at least 10 times in last 5-6 days, but I am not getting any update regarding the delivery of my product.

I want my payment refunded along with bank interest.
