Dear Sir, I had booked bus reserved e tickets on 4-5-2014 for travelling myself and my father on 11-6-2014 from Jalgaon to Aurangabad and return vide reserved tickets Nos.16858866 and 16859332. But due to unavoidable circumstances, we could not travel on the that date and hence I had cancelled the above tickets vide cancellation voucher Nos. are 16969787 and 16969798 dated 9-5-2014. Though MSRTC had assured me by SMS dated 9-5-2014 that refund amount will be given within 7 days, yet refund amount is not received so far. I have also registered grievance on 18-5-2014 on their website but no reply has been received even after 7 days.

I demand Refund amount may please be credited/paid without any further delay. Thanks.
