I took a car on rent from Delhi from carzonrent company, with booking ID 5231073, after returning they found out that rim is bent and and wheel cap is missing which we accepted it and asked him to to check if they want to check anything else, they said nothing else can be claimed and everything else is fit and in the document given to us it is clearly mentioned vehicle at the taking over. Later I get a mail stating that the engine oil has been leaked for which we are responsible cost for that Rs6728 has been cut. Cars on Rent company looted us and forcefully cut this money from security deposit money, why should we take any responsibility of a damage which was not shown to us before taking the car and even at the leaving the car, for the same I spoke to an Executive. Please kindly look into this issue and make sure that such incidents do not happen again, In reply to this company is telling that I would be responsible to the damage done which are not mentioned in my damages document which is given at the time of leaving, which is completely wrong and nothing justifies this as per their document as well. Company is company is looting people

I get my money back .i.e. and I plead and all The CARZ ON RENT company services should be immediately shut down until this case gets resolved as in mean while they would continue to loot and consumers will continue to suffer
