I have made payment of 249/- to reset fup that is to increase speed of internet due to office work need to complete early but i did not get the services i paid and in between i got interruption of the complete connection i called them up but they replied that they will take 24hrs time if i have that time i will do it in the office only so if they not able to provide the service whats the point of brand and their services.i also asked their superior number but they initially replied that they were busy and we do not have the contact numbers of any personnel of organization
the issue should not be repeated and they should give their services properly to each and every customer and return my money. I have my card statement and mobile sms that i paid and lodge a complaint. THANKYOU
