BEST – Extra Electricity Bill amount not willing provide any proof

Hi, I received an incorrect BEST bill a year ago at my residence in 2014 and I registered a complaint with BEST that they charged me around Rs. 75,000/- extra. They issued a complaint number and every month there after they asked me to pay only the current months bill. The arrears were carried forward every month. I always pay my bills in full every month before this error of their came up. Today, after one year they told me that have to pay 72,000/- as their audit report says that it is not their error. My current bill including arrears totals up to Rs. 93390/- After their audit, they said that they will give me a discount of Rs. 20,000/- from my current bill of Rs. 93390/- and hence I have to pay Rs. 72,000/- Basically, they are not accepting their mistake and they are not willing to provide any proof as to how they have reached a conclusion that I have to pay the bill. I need BEST to pay the arrears totaling to Rs. 90,000/-as it was their mistake with incorrect billing and wrong meter reading.
