I have been visiting best price Jammu continuously since 5 days regarding the purchase of GOLD STAR shoes for my selling purpose on 1 st day .. I booked my order for 300 pair to ground salesman I have his phone no. 8803743762 he confirmed the order for Rs 216 per pair for Black and blue color. On day 2 : I went for the delivery of my order , Mr Ali rizvi manager merchandise denied about the stock availability . on 3rd day : I approached Mr sushant (sale manager) he said that the stock is available .. you can come and collect your order . on 4 th day : I went to the store at 12 pm .. none of the salesmen whom I had consulted was available..a woman salesman was, she said me to wait for the second shift salesman , I did .. for about 1 hour , there was no response again. so I returned . on 5th day ,I.e 1/04/2016 , today : mr ali agreed that the stock was available .. but for Rs 217.50 per pair of ,Black and blue color packing on 30 pair one color , the total was 30*10 cartoons =300 pairs. I agreed for the order , the order was finally confirmed , the salesmen were counting the order , i was going for the billing , Mr Ali Rizvi Came to me , he started arguing and forced me to buy the White color 400 pairs which are compulsory to purchase with black and blue color, otherwise we will not let you buy our suitable order . and when I told them to let us contact the higher authorities, they denied . WHAT IS THIS RULE ?? if it is something that important , he could have told me about it the first day I went for the order and if someone wants to purchase potato from your store , the customer had to buy the onion forcibly???? which system is this … im waiting for your answers, very disappointing with the services provided by the managers of best price jammu .
