I have purchased a 3-BHK at Bestech Park view delight, Dharuhera, Haryana & got the possession in Jan-2013 after making all the payments requested by the builder, Betstch India Pvt Ltd. 3 days back i received communication from Bestech mentioning addtional EDC charges have been levied by DTCP (Directorate Of Town & Country Planning), Haryana vide memo no BG TCP/ACC TTS/2013/694 dated 14 March 2013 @Rs75/Sq Ft i.e an addtional amount of Rs.1,21,875. I had requested for the notification from the builder & i received a half copy of notification from them not mentioning the Enhancement amount. I have send several reminder mails to Ankita Sahni, Customer Care Manager & tries to call her but no reply till date & also she didn’t picked up the call to give clarification on the charges levied on me.

I want clarity that whether this amount is required to be paid by me as i had already got the possession, if yes, what amount is required to be paid as per government notification & not as per Bestech as i suspect they must have added their own charges which i don’t want to pay.
