Non activation of airtel sim

Sir, My SIM bearing the Mob No.9596948914 purchased from Rehari Jammu(J&K) not yet activated. Myself has approached the head office of Airtel at Jammu 3 times and submitted a fresh form of activation due to reasons of deactivating the same No by Airtel Auth for holding the two Airtel Sims. As such, I deactivated the one SIM, by submitting an application to Airtel Office Bahu Plaza Jammu for deactivating, which was deactivated successfully. By the time the other Mob No.9596948914 also deactivated by the Airtel Auth. Self approached the Airtel office at Bahuplaza Jammu and submitted the fresh form for activating the deactivated Mob No.9596948914. More than one month has elapsed but my aforesaid Mob No. not yet activated. Moresover, i am approaching to Head office Airtel jammu for last one month but they are not able to sort out my problem due to unknown reasons. Thus compelled me to approach your office to lodge a complaint. You are requested to take necessary steps to sort out the problems/hindrances coming in the way in activating the sim as soon as possible without any delay. I expect the speedy action in the matter .
