I had placed an order for Iris One Ltr, Ready To Use Vap Lemon Grass (IR272)on 5th Mar 2013 bearing no SMA0620696 on Seventy MM online shopping site. I paid full amount by online payment option. I did not receive the product till date even after sending frequent reminders/queries through emails and raising queries on their site. There is no response from them. I want to sue them. I also would like to receive the compensation of Rs 2,000/- and the product which I ordered for, from the company against their mischievous conduct. I also would intend to receive an apology from the SeventyMM online shopping company/organisation at the earliest.
