The distributor has insisted Rs.5500/- for new gas connection. As I was not aware of the rates, I have paid Rs.5500/- as demanded by the distributor. Later when I checked the receipt it was mentioned Rs.1600/- only in it. When I insisted for receipt for the remaining amount he refused to give and even threatened me. I have taken up with Bharat gas customer care several times but they are not helping me out. I do not have any supporting proof but you can make an enquiry with the new connection applicants regarding the amounts they paid and the rexeipt they got.

The distributor collected an excess of Rs.3900/- from me. As a common man I could not fight and get back my money.
