Courier was insured for Rs. 15000 by paying requisite fees to DTDC. 1 mobile set was taken out from secure pack during transit. DTDC tracking document showing reduction in weight during transit (attached for reference). Insurance claim pending since Feb’2015. Case is under Kolkata office. Issue has been lingered since Feb’201
