I ordered one idea net setter from infibeam but due to late delivery i cancelled the order. while ordering i made online payment. but after cancelling the order they are not giving me my refund. they are saying that they have not got the product yet that’s why they are not giving me my refund.but it is completely there fault that their service is slow , then why i am suffering.i cancelled the order on 17t of may and till today they have not got their product.what a shit service man!!

I Have not got any refund from infibeam. i have lost too much phone balance for calling their customer service center.
