My LPG connection details are as follows: Bharath Gas, Agency Name: Anugraha Agency (100410) Bangalore Urban Distirct, Karnataka Consumer No. – 15769. I need to change the delivery address as I have changed my residence. But, When i requested, Agency staff demanding the Affidavit to surrender the connection and it is rude behavior. There is no rule to submit the affidavit for change of address issued by Central Govt. or BPCL. Please take action on the Agency and instruct them suitably.
Please direct the agency to not to demand the affidavit of SV lost for change/update in the residential address and please direct them to not to harass by demanding additional documents which are not required as per the law.
