I have ordered c,c++,java CD through Snapdeal & order ID is 3801990243. The product is delivered but when I checked it it is empty CD.
I have complained to Snapdeal but not get proper reply yet. After continuous followup I have received a mail from snapdeal saying that “pack the product it will be picked by our courier partner and after receiving in our end we will do the check and replace/refund”.I have packed the product, but not picked up by anyone, but received a message saying the product is picked up. When I am contacting Snapdeal I am not getting proper response. They are telling that there was a technical problem, you can call after one hour.

I need refund or replacement
