Lenovo – Unable to provide Spare or Replacement

On 30th Oct 2014, I have given my Lenovo P780 smartphone for service (due to intermittent switch off problem) at Lenovo service centre (Monster IT) Trichy. It was within the warranty period. They have tried to service the phone, but was unsuccessful. So Monster IT requested phone mother board from Lenovo via its Chennai Service centre (HCL). But Lenovo was unable to provide spare or replacement, so they agreed for Refund of cash on 2nd Dec 2014. Based on their mail, I have submitted the necessary copy of invoice, Personalized cheque for account details, phone box, charger, earphone , OTG cable, datacable etc to Monster IT,Trichy. On 6th Dec 2014, I received a confirmation mail from Lenovo (midhcare@lenovo.com) that documents received and the refund shall be initiated soon to my account. But till date 03.01.2015, I have not received the refund amount of Rs.17116/-

Phone amount of Rs.17116/- (Invoice attached) Many times contacted Lenovo care 18601803425 over phone. They are putting call on hold and simply ending when they had no answer. Contacted Lenovo service center Chennai many times (Mr. Murugan mob:9500065xxx) hardly received any reply. Simply washing his hands. Not taking the responsibility.
