Dear Sir/Madam, I Siddhartha Datta would like to inform you that I have been cheated by Bharti Airtel while I was applying for a connection of Broadband Internet services. Before applying for the connection(Relation no. 7019459811), I came in contact of the local Sr. Sales Officer of Airtel Mr. Himadri Das(ID card attached) and asked him if any unlimited broadband connection of high DOWNLOAD speed is available with Airtel. I was informed by him that such as plan is available whose name is ‘Plus 649 5GB(2mbps/512 kbps) combo plan’. I agreed to take up the connection as I felt that a minimum download speed of 512 kbps is enough for me. After taking the connection I realized and came to know that the actual download speed after 5GB of usage is 64 kbps ONLY and NOT 512 kbps as promised. Also, the same fact is NOT MENTIONED anywhere in the connection speed document provided by Airtel(Please refer attached document). As soon as I was informed of this HIDDEN FACT, I cancelled the connection immediately on 6-Apr02015(SR#54770150). Thanks Siddhartha Datta

I want Bharti Airtel to immediately cancel the bill amount of Rs.4377.32 and take back all related equipment back from my home. However, I am ONLY willing to pay the internet usage changes till the day of cancellation of connection(i.e. 6-Apr).
